Return Policy

All alicia adams alpaca products selling on GMA are subject to a 14 days return policy, starting with delivery of the product. Holiday orders placed until December 15, 2024 can be returned until January 5, 2025. Customers are responsible for returning product to the warehouse location stated on the packing list, at their expense. alicia adams alpaca does not provide return shipping labels. Please include a copy of the original packing list.
